Meyer lemons grown on organic, family-owned farms salt cured in Bay leaf, black pepper and a hint of garlic is a flavor trifecta that brightens simple meals served every day.

If & When sources citrus from family-owned, organic farms in California and cure them with a signature blend of spices. The current batch of the Bay blend is made from California's Winter 2021 Meyer lemon harvest, barrel-aged for 2+ years locally, then hand-blended into a paste.
