I've been trying new seasonings to elevate my grill game. Skordo has a lot of great, new flavors. I used North Woods Steak salt on my NY strip last night and it was the best seasoning yet. My kids loved it. The wife loved it. I'll definately be stocking up on the North Woods.

I consider food, food flavored salt, that’s how much I love salt.
After trying this, I can’t go back to any other salt. Not Himalayan not flaked not kosher etc. there’s none better. I’m HOOKED!

This is one of my favorite blends of spices. It is my easy go to dinner spice with chicken thighs and veggies that I use olive oil and the Tuscan blend and roast in the oven.

This shop is to people who like to cook like a toy-store is to a little kid. We spent a long time sniffing wonderful aromas (who knew there were several kinds of smoked salt, each with a different profile and use), talking to the knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff, and gathering up spices we could not wait to try. All of it arrived the day after we got back home to Maryland. We especially love the option of small quantity containers so the spices don’t lose their potency before they can be used up. How can I possibly call a spice gorgeous you ask? Saffron turns any meal in to a yellow tinted luxury! The subtle flavor of Skordo’s saffron in a paella is delightful. Use it in a braised chicken dish, extraordinary. Use a little for a lovely flavor or more for punch. Enjoy! 🥰

Best salmon recipe:
Mustard (like tbsp)
Paprika (like tbsp)
This syrup (like 1/4 cup)
Mix and pour over the salmon
Bake till cooked
Delicious

This rub is amazing. Makes pork roast so much better. I use it often. Flavor is lovely
